The only lighting provided for the vanity was two small fixtures hung on the wall, containing one bulb each.
The problems in our room were all confined to the bathroom. The TV had a larger screen than one would usually find in a hotel room. Except for the bathroom, our room on the 5th floor was basically OK. it was FREE! More Show lessĬheck-in was fast and efficient. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and the best thing. However, the room was very nice.clean and comfy beds, large bathroom, and good lighting.
We got lost because we didn't know where the elevators were since we were not given any instructions how to get to our room. She handed me the room key and pointed to the hallway didn't say anything else like thank you or have a great evening or even directions. During check-in, she was busy talking to another attendant. I stood in front of the desk for 2 minutes before she even acknowledged me granted, there was no one else in line. Check-in was a breeze, but I wish the front desk attendant was a bit more friendlier. We only needed 1 night and when I called the phone number listed on the postcard, they were very accomodating. We received a postcard from Harrah's Hotel and Casino for a complimentary 2-night stay.
