The third key assists management in ensuring that the store is opened and closed properly, assist cashiers and stockers to see that the store is kept neat and clean, shelves are stocked, and can provide exemplary customer service. The Third Key’s primary function is to supervise the store when Store Manager and Assistant Managers are not available.
